Contracted Services :

 

Internet

The contracted service is as follows: 

  1. Gigabit internet service

  2. Standard Installation

  3. 1-Quantum Router


All homes were originally installed with a 10/100 router in the Network Interface Device (NID) or patch panel in your basement / utility room or garage (the original Openband/Van Metre provided equipment). This router may need to be replaced with a router or switch that is capable of supporting 10/100/1000 speed throughout your home network. The home owner is responsible for the equipment in the NID beyond the Quantum Router.

 

 


Optional Additional Services (Non Contracted):

Television Service

The Southern Walk HOA has not contracted television services with Verizon. This is at the discretion of each individual home owner to determine if they would like to contract directly with Verizon for television service and be billed directly for TV. If the home owner chooses to use Verizon for Television service, the selection will be from the Verizon website and the area would be Loudoun County. This will provide you with the current channel line up that is provide to residents of Loudoun county. https://www.verizon.com/info/channel-lineup/


 

Phone Service

The Southern Walk HOA has not contracted phone services with Verizon. This is at the discretion of each individual home owner to determine if they would like to contract directly with Verizon for phone service and be billed directly for phone services.
